Kolej MARA Banting memories : First day, First Impression, First Expectation,

a bit of disclaimourrr.
I didn't like to cling on my past but the reason I wrote this is because i found reminiscing IB/KMB seghonok.

while presenting TOK final presentation huhuhuhuh

"Sometimes memories are those you kept because it affected you so much. Let it be salt or sugar, there're just great compliment in cooks.."

*trying to be deep but sebenarnya tadi masak terlebih garam so tak tau macam mana nak betul tambah sugar. huhu. Not bad though :(

High school memories are the best because the friends you met in school are those you want to keep forever but college memories are a new chapter of a new me. Well, I fairly can say that for the moment.  :)  #university?how?


First day : Little excited, little scared, little food to eat, less appetite.

It was the registration day and I did not know anyone there except my parents. Sampai2 kena beratur panjang pergi from one class or booth to another o get dorm room. then, my parents drove me to my dorm which is block F.. the furthest room at the furthest dorm. and my roomate's name is Aisyah.. orang kedah hang.. hahahahaha She's now in Adelaide. Miss her.

Echah! 

Reason for being nervous? I've never been to boarding school and i dont know what to expect

if you asked me if i ever want to go boarding school? hell yeah NO!!!
not the boarding school type and happy with my decision not going there during my high school. MELAWATI is the best though.

Less appetite? yes!!! It took me ages to adapt myself to the Dewan Selera(DS) food. Not bcuz it's not tasty (although it does sumtimes) but the kantin environment which i think is too crowded especially when it's break/lunch/dinner times. but yeah having company while eating is not bad. I miss meja merah (the E12A's girls do remember or meja merah kan.. hehehe). I do, too, miss the DS food especially menu hari Jumaat *nyumzz anddddddddddd Chicken-not-so-chop but it tasted like damnnnnnn sedap. not to mention, everyone's going extra excitedto get food when it's the chicken menu day bcuz fish menu is not so naiiiise :(


First Impression : Urghh. seniors are nicest people in the world

I was quite skeptic  especially towards those 'pakai tudung labuh'. . I cant recall what changed me but Usrah was one of them. arghh.. rindu KULSEM, rindu USRAH JUMAAT(walaupun selalu balik awal.. teeheee *badgurl

Senior ni pun bagus jugak. panggil "kak JAH tudung towel". byk ajar kita physics. tengzzz 

First expectation : MATH HL IS NOT GOING TO BE AS HARD AS WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING!

Still remember when  my brother said to me not to choose MATH HL as one of the subject bcuz student barely pass the paper.( WAJIB/compulsary for all engineering student!) At that time i was like "come on' just MATHS OKAY!". not to brag yaww, but i was a best student for ADD MATHS in high school and how could that be so hard to even passs weyh >.<

 I  failed on my first test.

 To say if it's not technically failed, failed for my own expectation. but my first failure was the enlightenment that MATHS IS A SERIOUS BUSSINESS! bcuz I used to study math last minutes during SPM and not gonna happened if you're doing IB okay

ALHAMDULILLAH!

I got 7 for my final MATH HL IB EXAMS!!!
I mean going from 5 to 6 to 7.. i knew that what i worked for WORKS!
fancy to know some tips to score your MATH HL?

TIPS TO SCORE 7 IN MATHEMATIC HL FOR A NON GIFTED MATH GENIUS (to say)

• DO MATHS HL EVERY SINGLE DAY, AT LEAST ONE QUESTIONS PER DAY.
•  IF YOU'RE OBLIGED TO ATTEND PUAN NILAWATI'S MORNING CLASS, GO!!!.
•  IF YOU'RE NOT, ASKED WHAT SHE TAUGHT IN CLASS, WHAT QUESTION SHE GAVE. DO!
• PAST PAPERS ARE A CHOICE NOT SOMETHING YOU WANT TO HANG ON
• KNOW WHAT'S IN YOUR DATA BOOKLET BUT THIS DOESN'T MEAN YOU DONT HAVE TO MEMORIZE SOME FORMULAS
• KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING, LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR TEACHER SAYS
• BE CONFIDENT! 
• DO MATHS EVERDAY
• DO MATH EVERYDAY
• DO MATH EVERYDAY 

* this doesnt mean you HAVE to ditch other subjects, but a math question a day makes failure away ! haha okay lame jugakk

Make use of your teacher's present and ilmu. seriously, MATH in university is going to be easy. tak tipu. I studied math a day before for my University finals (i mean tak elok jugak buat macam ni skrg .. where's my IB spirit yeah)

Well, I gotta say congratulations to those accepted for IB PROGRAMME  especially at KOLEJ MARA BANTING. Gooodluck and make the best of it!
